<p style="text-align: justify; text-transform: none; background-color: rgb(255,255,255); margin-top: 10px; text-indent: 2em; font: 14px/25px Simsun; white-space: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; color: rgb(58,58,58); word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px">本周铁矿石和<b>钢材</b>双双暴涨的导火索主要有三个：第一，政府工作报告将2016年财政赤字提升0.6个百分点，至3%，主要投向为基建、铁路、公路等，这会直接刺激钢材及其上游产品的消费量，为期货多头提供了炒作题材；第二，世园会即将开幕，唐山地区将推出钢厂减产计划，累计限产50天，平均限产比率为38%，这无疑对核心钢材产区价格产生重要支撑；第三，上周末钢坯价格提价13%，直接推动钢材现货和铁矿石大涨。</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-transform: none; background-color: rgb(255,255,255); margin-top: 10px; text-indent: 2em; font: 14px/25px Simsun; white-space: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; color: rgb(58,58,58); word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px">但笔者认为，以上三个利好能产生如此强烈的效应离不开熊市后期铁矿石特别是钢材市场库存偏低的背景。钢矿现货市场存在着典型的“买涨不买跌”的行为规律，因此在熊市后期，铁矿石和钢材的社会库存、工厂库存都处于极低水平。数据显示，截至3月4日，全国螺纹钢库存为636万吨，同比减少5%，是2010年以来的最低值。而且2013年以来的钢贸风波令贸易商数量剧减，这也加剧了“库存荒”的严重程度。</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; text-transform: none; background-color: rgb(255,255,255); margin-top: 10px; text-indent: 2em; font: 14px/25px Simsun; white-space: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; color: rgb(58,58,58); word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px">从黑色产业链的终端——房地产市场情况来看，目前尚未见到明显的投资需求回暖的征兆。尽管1、2月数据尚未公布，但从春节期间一线城市房价大涨和诸多二线城市地产市场复苏的情况看，刚刚过去这两个月的数据应该相对较好，但地产投资恢复还是需要一定的传导时间。不过，即将到来的地产旺季，可能在短期对钢矿价格产生一定支撑。</p>
