<p>2017年12月,北京市个人购房贷款新增额18.1亿元，是全年最低水平，比前11个月的月均增量少104.5亿元，个人购房贷款月度新增额呈不断下降趋势。</p>
<p>在个人购房贷款增速方面，截至2017年末，北京市个人购房贷款余额9664.5亿元，全年增加1366.3亿元，比2016年少增加1075.7亿元，余额增幅比2016年同期下降了25.2个百分点。</p>
<p>同时，个人购房贷款在各项贷款增加额中的比重也下降明显，2017年北京市个人购房贷款新增额占人民币各项贷款新增额的20.2%，比2016年40.3%的新增额占比下降20.1个百分点。</p>
