<p>据<b>欧洲</b><b>钢铁</b>联盟(EUROFER)经济委员会对2012年4季度/2012-2013年的经济和钢铁市场预测报告称，2012年2季度，欧盟从第三方国家<b>进口</b>钢铁同比下滑31%。且这种下滑趋势在夏季继续，导致今年前8个月，欧盟钢铁进口同比下滑32%。</p>
<p>1-8月份，扁平材进口大幅下滑，同比下滑38%；同时长材产品进口同比下滑19%；而半成品钢进口同比下滑25%。</p>
<p>前8个月，欧盟从乌克兰、俄罗斯和中国的钢铁进口占其钢铁产品进口总量的65%左右。</p>
<p>协会预测，2012年欧盟钢铁进口总量将下滑26%左右，而2013年欧盟钢铁需求预期稳定在2012年水平，从而导致钢铁进口将增长3%左右。</p>
