<p>S355MCB、S420MCB高强汽车用钢属于出口冷成型用钢，主要用于制造各类汽车的加强件、零部件和结构件，可以降低汽车自重，有利于节约资源和保护环境，具有广阔的发展前景。由于该品种钢需要有足够的强度和韧性，在生产过程中容易出现裂纹、烂边等工艺缺陷，唐钢制定了详细的作业指导书，对该钢种生产进行了全程跟踪。在生产组织过程中集中组织成分满足生产要求的低硫铁水，严格控制钢水成分。在连铸过程中采用保护浇注，以减少硫、氮等夹杂物的产生，并对铸机拉速进行控制，稳定结晶器液面，保证恒拉速冶炼。在轧制工序，对板坯进行均匀加热，严格控制终轧温度和卷曲温度，避免轧制缺陷。</p>
