<p>欧盟委员会在这份报告中指出，俄罗斯当前所采取的临时性贸易禁晕措施，已经使欧盟多国蒙受了意外的损失。因而此后，欧盟各国农业部长将于本周五（9月5日）聚首举行特别会议，来商讨如何应对俄罗斯的贸易禁运措施，并尽可能地减少此状况对于欧洲各国农业经营者的损失。</p>
