<p>1、北美市场</p>
<p>本周美国薄板价格有所抬高,当地热卷主流出厂价由上周的560-580美元/短吨回升至570-590美元/短吨，冷卷由660-680美元/短吨回升至670-690美元/短吨。现买家出价有所上涨，但市场成交并未增加，大部分买家暂时仍持观望。不过，钢厂对此轮提价信心十足，认为很快将被市场全盘接受。</p>
<p>2、欧洲市场 </p>
<p>本周北欧扁平材内销价格整体走低。目前北欧冷卷出厂价为555-570欧元/吨（716-736美元/吨），低于前一周的555-580欧元/吨（716-749美元/吨）。热浸镀锌出厂价为560-570欧元/吨（723-736美元/吨），低于前一周的560-575欧元/吨（723-742美元/吨）。南欧扁平材价格持续疲软，市场成交不足，同时市场供应过剩。南欧热卷出厂价为440-465欧元/吨（568-600美元/吨），低于之前的440-475欧元/吨（568-613美元/吨）。热浸镀锌出厂价则维持平稳在490-540欧元/吨（632-697美元/吨）。</p>
<p>3、亚洲市场</p>
<p>本周中国冷卷出口价格继续走低。8月份船期冷卷出口成交基价为570-575美元/吨FOB，低于上周五的580-590美元/吨FOB。同时出口报价也下跌20美元/吨，现报575-580美元/吨FOB。上海贸易商表示考虑到热卷、冷卷出口价一般会相差40美元/吨，而当前热卷出口价为510-520美元/吨FOB，预计冷卷价格仍有下跌空间。</p>

<p>二、国内市场</p>
<p>市场综述：</p>
<p>本周<strong>国内<b>涂镀</b>市场</strong>走势继续探底，报价难走稳，“买涨不买跌”的影响下，<strong><b>成交情况</b></strong>愈发疲软。镀锌方面，需求低迷、订货成本下降及库存压力等因素影响，镀锌价格大幅下挫，华东市场1.0mm本钢资源报价为4740元/吨，同规格武钢资源报价为4590元/吨，均比上周下跌100-150元/吨。华北、博兴、华南等市场均呈跌势，不过幅度相对较小。降价销售并未带动出货量，商家反馈，普遍下游客户均表示后期价格仍有下行空间，按需采购。彩涂方面，上游原材料价格持续走低，使得彩涂厂家生产成本明显下降，故而纷纷下调出厂价格，此外，接单差也是影响价格走低的另一原因。国营大厂宝钢资源难改跌势，本周累计跌幅在100元/吨，报价持续下行，商家出货亏损幅度也相应增加，目前一吨货亏600元左右，亏损幅度如此大，普遍商家强烈期盼宝钢补贴额度增加。截止本周末，1.0mm规格镀锌均价4732元/吨，相比上周的4768元/吨，下跌36元/吨；0.47mm规格彩涂均价5655元/吨，相比上周的5677元/吨，下跌22元/吨。</p>
<p><strong>三、钢厂调价</strong></p>
<p>1、5月26日，国丰公布5月结算政策，在上期结算政策基础上下调30元/吨，调后SPHC 3.0mm*1010规格热轧板卷结算价为3620元/吨，承兑加价80元/吨。华东、华南运补20元/吨。</p>
<p>2、5月29日，首钢公布6月期货政策，镀锌板卷出厂价格下调150元/吨，现DX51D+Z1.01.0mm镀锌卷出厂价格为4460元/吨。（另5月份挂牌价不动，降价放到优惠里），不含税。</p>
<p>3、5月28日，攀钢公布6月份价格政策，热镀锌卷材质St02Z1.0mm×1000mm×C出厂含税价格为5207元/吨；彩涂卷：材质TDX51D+Z0.4mm×1000mm×C出厂含税价格为6669.5元/吨。</p>
<p><strong>四、行情盘点</strong></p>
<p>1、据中钢协最新数据，5月中旬钢协会员单位粗钢日均产量174.05万吨，环比下降0.4%；预估全国日均产量218.54万吨，环比下降0.3%。</p>
<p>2、中钢协：国内钢价今年或大幅下跌：5月29日-中国钢铁工业协副会长王晓齐表示，中国钢产品价格今年预计将会大幅下跌，因为一直存在产能过剩问题，而且主要原料铁矿价格也走低。</p>
<p>3、渣打银行29日发布报告称，由于铁矿石价格下跌早于预期，因此将2013年二、三季度铁矿石价格预测分别从140美元/吨和133美元/吨下调至124美元和112美元，同时预测中国铁矿石价格跌势将延续到三季度。</p>
<p><strong>下周预测</strong>：近期报价持续下跌，且跌幅加大。而造成此情况的主因是，淡季效应逐渐显现，需求情况越发低迷，而供应量却依旧居高不下。加之目前宏观利好消息几无，难对钢市起到提振作用。故而，预计下周<b>国内涂镀市场</b>降价促成交的现象会增加，市价仍存下行空间。</p>
