<div class="over_x"><P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">延续圣诞节前的下行行情，BDI指数在圣诞节假期后连续4个交易日暴跌，从节前收盘指数1738点大幅下挫至1347点，跌幅达到22.47%。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">虽然从历史行情来看，受圣诞节假日因素的影响，每年1月份航运市场都比较低迷，但是航运专家陈弋认为，由于远洋市场今年难有大的改善以及国内运力过剩问题仍比较突出，市场走出低谷尚待时日。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">行业处于严重亏损</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">新年伊始，受圣诞及新年假期因素影响，市场货运需求缩减，运力过剩继续打压海运市场，国际干散货运输市场一片惨淡。部分租家对后市持观望情绪浓重。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">今年元月3日为BDI指数节后的首个交易日，当日BDI指数大幅下挫114点，日跌幅达到6.55%。随后的4个交易日，BDI指数经受了暴跌行情，1月6日，BDI指数收报1347点。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">如果按照去年12月12日收报的1930点的短期高点来计算，指数累计下挫达到30%。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">“市场运价经过连续的下跌，目前已下降到跌无可跌的境地，整个海运业处于严重的亏损状态，全行业的洗牌已不可避免。但这样的经营环境不可持续，目前运价基本已在底部，随时有超跌反弹的可能。”航运专家陈弋告诉中国证券报记者。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">有业内人士指出，受全球经济增长放缓、国际海运市场低迷拖累以及运力过剩严重影响，去年沿海运输市场总体十分低迷，其严重程度已超过2009年金融危机海运业最衰退时期。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">据克拉克松数据显示，截至2011年11月底全球干散货船订单持有量为2.1亿载重吨，占到船队总规模的35%，而2012年正是集中释放期，如果没有有效放缓运力运营的措施，消化这些新增运力需要二到三年时间，今年的国际海运市场继续低迷不可避免。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">国内市场低迷难改</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">国内航运市场整体比较稳定，但运价仍处在较低的水平上。截至1月6日，中国沿海运价综合指数报收于1135.83点，较上周略下降0.4%。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">兴业证券在最新发布的报告中指出，春节将至，部分钢铁生产企业生产停滞，下游用煤企业因库存依旧偏高，企业观望态度浓厚。运力方面，船东被迫封船，但运力总体过剩。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">据统计，上海航运交易所沿海运价综合指数2011年仅6周指数保持在1500点以上，其余时间均在1500点以下，预计全年周平均为1365点，较上年下降近一成。2011年12月23日，沿海综合运价指数已降至1139点，而上年同期为1478点，2009年同期2110点，为近十年来同期最低水平。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 14px">“沿海运价已返回到2002年水平，十年航运发展涨幅为零。”陈弋指出，“一些没有长协的船舶，甚至已没有了方向，全行业处于严重的亏损之中。更为不利的是目前正值春节前夕，是航运公司与电厂等大客户论谈下一年度合同的时候，当前如此低迷的市场行情，在谈判桌上航运公司将处于弱势地位，影响2012年的合同的话语权。”(来源：中国证券报)</FONT></P>
