<p>该项目总投资3800万元（其中环保投资114.5万元），位于辽宁省朝阳县经济技术开发区。</p>
<p>项目建成3座生产车间、临时生物质锅炉、相应环保设施以及生产所需的其他公用工程等。购置安装了1台密炼机及其上辅机、3台开炼机、11台胶囊成型机、3台胶囊硫化罐、186套胶囊模具、11套水隔膜泵胶囊模具等。</p>
<p>项目形成胶囊产能4.8万条/年，其中16英寸1.2万条/年，17.5英寸、20英寸、22.5英寸、24.5英寸均为0.8万条/年，以及水隔膜泵胶囊0.4万条/年。年天然胶用量201.6吨，炭黑76.8吨。</p>
<p>本次验收不包括压延工序、中试大楼、综合楼等主体工程和建筑物，留待以后建设并验收。由于燃气工程尚未贯通，该公司新建 2t/h 临时生物质锅炉，待天然气工程贯通后，使用天然气锅炉，拆除临时生物质锅炉。</p>
