The first-period project is to manufacture 100,000MT cold-rolled sheet of carbon steel and low alloy steel .The whole production system includes the Push-pull Hydrochloric Acid Pickling Line,the 1430 4-HI Reversible Cold Rolling Mill with automatic control and inspection measures of AGC and SPC,the HPH Annealing Line with whole process controlled automatically,the Cut-to-Length & Slitting Line,Roll Grinder and Packing Line.The Utility and Auxiliary Systems are all in reasiness. The five major production lines are respectively imported from ADS, I2S,LOI,BRADBURY of the United Stated and INNSE of Italy.The advanced technology possesses intemational advanced level of 1990s.
