Excellent External Environment System
DYSH is located in Shikou Town of Dongying District, the fine chemical garden planned by Dongying City and Shengli Oilfield. DYSH is in the center of China's second largest oilfield -Shengli Oilfield. It is bounded on the east by Dongying Bitumen Station, on the south by Shengli Petrochemical Corporation. DYSH is only 2 km away from the biggest petroleum products storage station in Shandong Province and 1 km away from the Shikou Railway Station. In the surrounding areas there are various necessary accessory facilities as well as advanced communications, convenient transportation and storage of petroleum products.

Scientific Internal Administration System
Based on the principle of " actual effect, rigorousness and innovation" , the DYSH executives of business management and planning have introduced the Class-A Management Model with regard to the actual situations of the enterprise. Besides, they have gradually constructed an all-personnel, omni-bearing and whole-process normalized scientific administration system. In 1999, INTERNET is opened on a plant basis. In addition, Windows NT4.0 open platform is used to display instantly materials management of the enterprise and paperless office and dynamic management are realized in the plant. * Conventional Decompression Device, which has a yearly handling capacity of 300 thousand tons and produces 100 thousand tons of heavy road bitumen each year.
* Catalytic Cracker, which has a yearly handling capacity of 100 thousand tons. A computer collecting and distributing control system, MCRO TDC3000 made by HONEWELL in US, is used . The system allows for an easy and visual operation. As a result, the automation of production coordination has reached the advanced international standards.
* Bitumen Oxidizing Device, with a yearly handling capacity of 30 thousand tons.
* Visbreaking Device, with a yearly handling capacity of 100 thousand tons.
* Lime Grease Device, with a yearly production capacity of 2 thousand tons.
* Spilt Oil Purifying Device, with a yearly handling capacity of 30 thousand tons.
