Established in 1988, Hebei Shenzhou Yatai Electrochemical Plant has fixed assets of RMB£¤38,000,000, mainly producing chlorate and persulfate series products. Annual output capacity is: ammonium persulfate 5000t, sodium chlorate 6000t, sodium perchlorate 3000t and potassium perchlorate 3000t. Three of the products are approved as New Products of Hebei Province and "Yuyou" potassium persulfate was approved as Famous Products of Hubei Province in 1997; the plant was entitled as "Star Enterprise" and "Advanced Enterprise for Quality and Benefit" of Hubei Province.
