    Zhejiang Linan Numerical Control Machine Tool Co.Ltd was founded in 1952 which specializes in manufacturing all kinds of LINHONG brand spring collets and the shaping machine model B6050. At the same time, it is the special factory in producing large-scale gravure wheel turning press in China.With the development of scientific and technique, we are never-ending in exploiting LINHONG brand series products.

　

   我厂是国内第一家按部颁标准专业生产"临宏"牌各类弹性夹头的工厂，年产量达30000套左右，生产型号及规格从Φ0.2mm开始已有近2000余种，随着科学技术的不断发展"临宏"夹头在弹性、粗糙度等方面都得到不断的完善，在国内的钟表、仪表、制笔、自动化计算机等行业得到广泛的应用，并同时为国外进口设备提供国产化的配套。"临宏"愿一如既往地为世界各地的客户提供最合适、最高质量的产品。

  This is the first state-owned factory in China which specializes in manufacturing all kinds of LINHONG brand spring collets according to the standards from the department level.Its annual output is around 30,000 sets and its product model and specifications vary from 0.2mm up to 2,000 different kinds.With several dozen years of effort and scientific and technical development,LINHONG brand clips have been constantly perfected in its elasticity and degree of roughness,etc.They have been widely used in watches and clocks,instruments,pen-making and automation industry.At the same time,we could provide a complete nationalized set for the imported equipment.LINHONG sincerely hopes to work together-with you for the future of our modernization.

　

                            

　

    B6050牛头刨床是用以刨削平面和成形面的机床，同时也可加工狭长零件的平面，T字槽、燕尾槽等。如在本机床上装上特殊虎钳或分度头时，还可以加工轴类和长方体零件的端面以及等分槽等。

性能及特点：牛头刨床系列---主运动为直线往复运动的机床，它的切削运是通过摇杆的摆动，带动滑枕而实现的，本机床装有离合器及制动停车机构；它能在不停车的状态下改变进给量的大小，以及工作台上下、左右的快速移动，在走刀系统内装有过载安全机构。

    The construction and performance of this machine,followed by the development of technology,are incessantly ameliorated.You will feel easy-going through using it.The feeding amount and the quick movement of working table either horizontal or vertical can be changed under operating condition.The chief parts are made of low stress and high strength wear-resisting cast iron,so as to make the precision  of the machine stable and durable.Besides,owing to the reasonable design,it is easier servicing and maintenance.
