 海宁市兴盛饲料有限公司座落在海宁市203省道12.8公里处，辛港塘南岸，水陆交通方便。创立于一九九八年七月，自创立以来，严格按照现代化企业标准，加强管理，强化销售决策管理和建立建全各项规章制度，以及加大高科技的投入，来提高产品质量，树立品牌意识，现已向国家商标管理局注册登记了“群大”、“创能”二个商标。以优质的产品，合理的价格，完善的服务使得公司产品在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地，公司产品曾被浙江省科技情报中心评为“99浙江市场优质科技产品”、中国技术情报研究所评为“质量信得过产品”，连续二年被浙江省信用合作协会评为“AAA”级资信等级单位，二00一年度被海宁市人民政府确认为“市级农业龙头企业”等各种荣誉称号。
公司占地面积6800m2，拥有固定资产718.2万元，具备万吨级畜禽饲料生产线一条，预混合饲料生产线一条，采用先粉碎后配料之工艺形式，原料清理－粉碎－电脑计量配料－混合－制粒、冷却、分级及成品包装，饲料车间生产线从原料投入到成品出车间的全部环节实行机械化、自动化生产，预混料由专用双轴高效混合机按配方要求预先稀释混合，再加入车间主混合机。以确保每批饲料的精度及混合均匀度。主要设备选用目前较为先进的部标或国际产品。物料粉碎采用高效水滴式锤式粉碎机，制料机采用环模式制粒，分级筛为平面回转型，冷却器采用逆流式，使颗料物料冷却均匀。成品采用微电脑控制打包，产品为猪、鸡、鸭、兔配合饲料，年单班生产能力达2万吨。每批原材料进厂必须有化验员对常规指标化验合格方可入库，成品出厂严格把关，每班每批必须有质检员检测合格后贴上标签和合格证方可出厂。
公司现有职工66人，其中专业管理人员18人，公司立足于未来，逐年加大高科技、新技术的投入，在不断引进科技人才的同时，加强与国内知名院校－浙江大学动物科学学院合作，聘请著名动物营养专家陈安国教授为公司技术顾问，加强公司的科研技术力量。公司发展到今天，已形成技术力量雄厚、生产设备先进、工艺配方合理、畜禽饲料品种齐全、企业科学管理的新格局。

The company covers an area of 6,800m2wins. It owns 3,851,200Yuan RMB fixed assets.It possesses one livestock & poultry feed production line, one premix forage production line. It adopts the technological form of first crushing then feed mix. From raw materials cleaning, crushing, computer quantitative fodder distribution, mix to granulation, cooling, classification, finished goods packing, all sectors of forage workshop production Iine from rsw materials input to finished goods leaving the workshop implement mechanized manufacture. The premix fodders are previously mingled by special purpose twin-axis high efficiency blender according to the formula requirements, then they join the workshop main blending machine to ensure the high precision and find uniformity index for mixing to each lot of the forage. Its major equipments choose nowadays advanced products with the ministry or state standards. The feed crushing adopts effective drop beater pulverizer. The pelleter employs ring module type granulation. Its sizing screen is plane-computer controlled baing. The products are the assorted feed for pigs , chickens,ducks and rabbits. Its annual single shift productive capacity reaches to 20,000 tons. When every batch of the raw materials enter the factory, only do they pass the regular indexes chemical exanination from the laboratory technician, can they be put in storage. When the end products leave the factory, they have been strictly checked at all levels. Each shift & batch should pass the testing by the quality inspectors before being sticked on the labels and certificates of quality.
At present it has 56 workers and staff members among which there are 16 professional supervisors. The company bases itself upon the future. It annually enlarges its high-tech and new technique plunge.
