1. Advantage of HPLC.GC-MC and UV-VIS
It is used to systematically analyze and inspect the chemical contents of tea leaf, to ensure equalization, stability and consistency of the chemical content and quality of tea leaf.
2. Advantage of UF technology
The technology can remove protein, pectin and other macromolecule or cloudiness constituents from tea extracts, to obtain lower viscosity and better cold solubility of tea. After the process the diluted liquor looks bright and clear.
3. Advantage of RO technology
To ensure tea juice is concentrated under room temperature without chemical reaction and loss of volatile substance so that it retains the natural colour, aroma, taste and health function of tea leaf.
4. Advantage of UHT and AP technology
Maximally preserve all the chemical constituents of tea leaf, to retain the mellow fragrance and fresh taste of tea juice and it allows the product to be stored at room temperature for a long time.
