With the above Machines,PT. PARINDO PERMAI produces raw Particle Board
As well as Melamine Laminated Particle Board, at the following specification:
THE RAW Particle Board
Particle Board is made from wood particles,mixed with glue as binding
Agent and other chemicals.Formed and pressed in high temperature,
Into a flat board, cut to sizes to stander measurement.
We are using rubber woods and Urea Formadehyde (UF)Glue at the
Everage of 150m per day each line, depending on the thickness of the board.
Being composed of wood particles approximately 90%of it, so the general wood characteristic is also available in the Particle Board.
Most Particle Board are made in three layers :
Core layer, from coarse chips .
Suface layer, from the fine chips, both side.
The size of boards;
-4' 8'(122 244cm)and also
-4' 6'(122 183cm)
They came out in the range of thickness from 09,12,15,25,and30,mm.
The tolerance to the thickness
-09 to 15mm the tolerance is 0,2 mm
-18 to 30 mm the tolerance is 0,3 mm.
The Raw Particle Board could be laminated with :
-Various type of wood veneer
-Various pattern of PVC-foil
-Resin papers
-Coating varnish

Melamine Laminated Particle Board
The Raw Particle Board Laminated with Various-colour and patern of melamine papers.
The Surfacing Balance:
To obtain straight from, Particle Board should be laminated at both sizes.when hot pressed is applied, balancing paper should be applied of the opposite og the laminated surface to obtain straight form.
