The company owns a complete set of high precision equipments, including 1000mm environmentally friendly continuous acid pickling lines, 800mm AGC 4-roller continuous rolling mills, 850mm AGC 6-roller precision reversible cold rolling mill, 800mm 2-roller temper rolling machines, 900mm AGC 4-roller temper rolling machines, 900mm stretching and straightening machines, 1000mm roller shot-blasting machines, M1380B cylindrical grinders, M1350B cylindrical grinders, CW61100D lathes and equipped with electric heating annealing furnace with convective cover and ammonia-decomposing gas generator. These advanced equipments do take the lead in the industry.
In strict compliance with ISO9001 system in our management and production, we have been doing our utmost in developing products of superior quality and high precision to satisfy the needs of users. Our products covered cold rolled, hard temper and soft tempered (annealed products) steel sheet in coils. The specifications are SPCC, Q195, Q195L, Q195LD, 08AL & Q235 etc. Size range from 500mm-780mm in width and 0.15mm-3.0mm in thickness with bright, dull or matte finish. Special requirements can be tailor made for customer.
The annual output of 360,000 tons excellent quality cold rolled steel coils are widely applied in machinery, hardware, punching parts, hardware furniture, pipe making, metal shells of home appliance and shelves of shopping mart. Quality of products is stable and source of supply is sufficient.
