公司现有管理和工程技术人员60余人，其中具有高级职称的工程技术人员56人，中级职称技术人员118人，员工450人，技术力量雄厚，生产工艺先进，充分利用其经营机制的优势，以市场为导向，开发研制市场紧俏并具有高附加值的冷轧薄板，铜包铝（钢）复合材料和双面不锈钢薄板等新产品。主要产品有：冷卷、冷板、复合不锈钢卷、板、铜铝（钢）、复合导线等，产品品质符合GB716-91；GB11253-89；GB708-88；GB4239-91；GB2477-83。主要设备包括酸洗生产线二条：年生产能力40万吨。轧机生产线二条：四辊可逆轧钢机、六辊可逆轧机，采用德国技术，由中国一重总设计制造，整机装备处目前国内领先水平，设计生产能力35万吨，产品规格为冷轧卷0.7--2.0*1250*c及0.7--2.0*1000*c，冷合板0.7--2.0*1250*2500及0.7--2.0*1000*2000每月产量8000吨左右。
铜包铝（钢）复合导线材料生产线四条：是能源部重点支持的专利项目，年生产能力6千吨。

Company Introductio Tianjin Guolian Steel Co. Ltd is a large-size private-owned leading enterprise with 80 million RMB registered capital and 500 million RMB total investment. Located in the C area of Tianjin Jinghai economic development zone, covering an area of about 83,000 square meters, with a construction area of 16,000 square meters, convenient traffic, superior geographical position, the enterprise is a garden type modernized steel industry factory and important machinery, capital construction, related important production base of panel in northern China.
At present, there are over 60 administrative and engineering employees in the company, 56 Senior technical engineers, 118 Junior technical engineers and 450 staff concentrate on researching and developing some new highly value-added products such as cold rolled steel sheet, copper covered aluminium/steel composite material and double-side stainless steel sheet and so forth, which are on the base of sophisticated technology, developed manufacture techniques and advanced management system with market-oriented spirit.
The main products are cold coiling, cold-rolled plate, composite stainless steel coiling, strip, copper-covered aluminium/steel and bimetallic cable. The quality of all products accord with GB716-91; GB11253-89; GB708-88; GB239-91; GB 2477-83. The major equipments, 2 pickling manufacture lines are capable of producing 400,000 tons per year. In addition, designed and produced by China 1st Heavy Machine Buliding Co., Ltd, there are 2 rolling mill manufacture lines: 4-high reversible cold rolling mill and 6-high reversible cold rolling mill, are capable of producing 350,000 tons annually, adopting German technology. The two equipments are of top level domestically, and their specifications are (0.18-2.0)*(800-1350)*C. 4 copper covered aluminium/steel bimetallic cable manufacture lines produce 6,000 tons per year, is patented project supported emphasized by Chinese Energy Department.
